Help you can read right away
- Set up your watch: install kWhKey on a Wear OS watch, connect it, and make it a Bluetooth key at each car - and what to do if something goes wrong.
- FAQ: questions owners ask, from the Bluetooth key to cancelling and deleting your data.
What helps us help you
- Which phone or watch you use, and the kWhKey version on it.
- Which car: its model and year.
- What you did, what you expected and what happened instead, and about when.
Never send a password, your sign-in for another service, or a code the app shows you. Nobody at kWhKey will ask for them.
Where else to go
- Your subscription, a charge or a refund: the store you bought in. How to cancel
- Deleting your data: Delete your kWhKey data
- A lost or stolen phone or watch: an owner of your household can remove it from the household, in kWhKey on an Android phone (a car, then Security > Devices). If it was also a Bluetooth key for a car, remove that key on the car's own screen too (Controls > Locks): kWhKey cannot take a key off a car. If you can't do either, write to us and say so in the subject line.
- The car itself, the Tesla app or your Tesla account: that is Tesla's support, not ours. kWhKey is not Tesla.
Not for emergencies
kWhKey is not an emergency service and nobody watches this mailbox around the clock. If a car is stolen or someone is in danger, call the police or your local emergency number.
